This is a step-by-step process that involves de-cluttering, cleaning and depersonalizing your home. This will give potential buyers the opportunity to envision themselves living in the space.  This service involves a 2 step process. The first step is the initial home consultation. Our consultations start at $250 and vary depending on the Sq. Ft. of the home. The initial consultation involves a 2 hr. appointment where a staging professional will come to the home and write down very detailed recommendations on how to get the home ready to hit the market. The 2nd step involves us doing the work!

We work on an hourly basis to allow you more control over how much help you need! This service also includes recommendations of any art or accessories for purchase that will help complete the look!
